Through Bulk Changes you will be able to edit multiple products all at once without having to make individually
edits to items.

Filters #

On the Bulk Changes screen, you can select Filters to apply.
You can filter these by:
• Department
• Category
• Sub Category
• Item Pack
• Item Size
• Scan Data Type
• Distributor
• Item Group
You can also search by:
• SKU/UPC
• Item Name
• By Price

Custom Filter #

To perform a Custom Filter select the Custom Filter button.

Custom Filter Details #

You can Customer Filter your database by choosing the following details:
• Select FilterBy
• Select Operators
• Select Item Type
• All / Taxable Items / Non Taxable Items
• In Active / Non Revenue / Non Discount Item / Non Countable / EBT / Open Price / Tag Along Items / No
Department

Once done selecting click Submit to perform your Custom Filter. #

 

If you want to reset your custom filters filters click Reset. #

 

Select Items #

After setting the filters you can add the items to the Selected Items.
 

To select an item for Bulk Changes, click the Checkbox next to the item name. #

 

 

Click Add to apply the items to the Selected Items list. #

 

Click Apply Change to change the following settings on items such as: #

• Price & Tax
• Item Add-In’s
• Item Features

Price & Tax #

In the Price & Tax you can change the following:

Prices:
• By Amount
• Price Change To
• Price Increase By
• Price Decrease By
• By Percentage
• By RoundUp
Case:
• Add By As Case
• Rebove By As Case
Tax:
• Add
• Replace
• Remove

Item Add-Ins #

You can apply the following on selected products:
• Tag Along / Bottle Deposit
• E-commerce API
• Price Level

Item Features #

Item Features within the Bulk Changes module will allow you to apply and change product information within
your store’s database such as:
• Department
• Category
• SubCategory
• ItemGroup
• Brand
• Size
• Pack
• Distributor

Click Apply Changes to save the changes you made. #
